Styro is a small, on-device reminder app. You don’t need an account, and we don’t run advertising or third-party analytics in the app.

Location stays on your device.

Styro uses Apple’s location services to remember where you set a reminder and detect when you leave that area. Always location access lets iOS monitor departure while the app is in the background. Styro does not send your location to us or store it on a Styro server.

Your reminders stay local, too.

The app stores reminder state, optional item text, local reminder history, the free-reminder count, and the start of your welcome offer on your iPhone. Local history helps record whether a reminder was set and whether its notification was confirmed delivered. It is not sent to an analytics service.

Notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Reminder text can appear in a notification, including on your lock screen, depending on the notification preview settings you choose.

You control permissions and deletion.

You can change location and notification access for Styro in iPhone Settings at any time. Departure reminders need both permissions to work. You can also change whether notification previews appear on your lock screen.

Deleting Styro removes its local reminder history and settings from the device. Device backups are managed by your Apple settings; restoring a backup may restore app data. Your purchase record remains with Apple so that you can restore your lifetime unlock.

Apple handles purchases.

Lifetime purchases and restorations use Apple’s App Store. Styro receives the purchase status needed to unlock the app. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials. Apple’s processing is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

If you contact support.

Email sent to support@styro.me is handled by our email provider. We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that isn’t needed for support. You can email us to ask for deletion of your support correspondence.

This website.

This is a static website hosted by Cloudflare. We do not add advertising, analytics trackers, or cookies. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as your IP address and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Its handling of that information is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
